Warranty PolicyBrand Name Products sold at OMNI Computer Solutions, Inc. have a limited warranty through their respective manufacturers. All warranty issues beyond the first 30 days of purchase are handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer. OMNI offers replacement or exchanges for defective parts during the first 30 days. Exceptions to that are Clearance items (7-day warranty) and Special Order sales (warranty strictly through manufacturer). For non-brand name products, in the case customers do not have recourse with the manufacturer, Omni will handle the warranty for one year from purchase date. If you are still not sure about the warranty of your particular product, please contact us for guidance. If the product incurs any physical damage, the warranty will be void. Parts found defective by Omni within the warranty period will be either repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Omni. Custom Built Computer Warranty Custom built computers are warranted for one year from purchase date and carry a one year limited hardware labor warranty. This means that for the first 30 days after your purchase, our standard warranty is observed. Beyond this, we will service your machine and rectify any issues that arise from faulty hardware at no cost. OMNI does offer extended warranties on systems. OMNI is not responsible for damages or costs that are the result of accidents, misuse, or abuse of your computer. Modifications or repairs made to your system by anyone other than OMNI will void your warranty if not cleared through one of our representatives. Most all modifications will be approved, but we need this aspect of control in order to prevent unnecessary damage. OMNI is not responsible for any losses or complications that arise as a result of a computer failure or a delay in production or repair of your system. |
